Randy and I went up on Friday to get some little things done before the logs arrive on Saturday. We got the four basement windows in. Hopefully this will help to keep it a little bit warmer inside when the cold weather gets here, which I hear is Monday! Let's hope the weatherman is wrong on this one. We don't want snow on our pretty wood floor!!!!
You can see the lovely sub floor!! I never thought that I'd say that about chip board!!! You can see the cut out for the stairway in the middle.
The stairs go down part way to a landing and then turn and finish going down.
